With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Eric has travelled the world, expertly representing buyers and sellers in the most sophisticated luxury real estate markets. He has spearheaded over $2 billion in M&A transactions on a global scale, primarily focused on real estate, consumer products, and technology. His exceptional leadership skills have benefited multiple Fortune 500 companies throughout his career.
Prior to the MRLO Partners launch, Eric held a prestigious position as the head of real estate transactions for the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino where he led acquisitions, joint ventures, purchase contracts, negotiations, land development, and due diligence.
In addition to The Hard Rock, he has been responsible for marketing and sales at some of the world’s most recognized luxury real estate developments, including: Sands Macau, Boot Ranch (TX), Talisker Club (ParkCity, UT), One Vendue Range (Charleston, SC), The People’s Building (Charleston, SC), Haig Point (Hilton Head, SC), Spanish Oaks (Austin), Cordillera Ranch (Boerne, TX), Schaffer's Mill (Tahoe, CA), Half Moon Resort (Montego Bay, Jamaica), Mountain Air Country Club (Asheville, NC), Residences at Two Liberty (Philadelphia), Islands of Beaufort (SC), Kiawah Island (SC), The Greenbrier(WV), and The Ocean Club (Bahamas).
He also has worked as a consultant for developers with real estate projects on the Routan Peninsula (Honduras), Cotai Strip (Macau, China), Noble House Hotels (Little Palm Island, FL), and Cotton Bay (Eleuthera, Bahamas).
A graduate of Clemson University with a Bachelor of Arts in Modern Languages, Eric is known for his exceptional negotiation skills. He is a true master in the art of the deal and regularly shares his expertise at leading industry seminars, advising the most distinguished real estate professionals across the nation.
